HOW TO WEAR FACE MASKS?

1) Before wearing the AIR ACTIVE FACE MASK wash your hands well with soap and water.
2) Remove the AIR ACTIVE FACE MASK from the packaging.
3) Put the AIR ACTIVE FACE MASK on by placing the rubber bands behind your ears one at a time. The part displaying the F-ALL logo should remain under the chin.
4) Remove the AIR ACTIVE FACE MASK using the rubber bands and wash your hands well.

IS THE AIR ACTIVE FACE MASK WASHABLE?

Yes, the product is machine washable at 30°, and is made from quick drying materials.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are shipped the following day. The delivery company is GLS and usually delivers within 48 hours.

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept payments by PAYPAL and bank transfer.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

We deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs are free for orders over €25.00 only for deliveries in Italy. Below this amount shipping costs are €4.90 for delivery in Italy. For the cost of shipping to other European countries please send an email to customercare@f-all.it. For shipping outside the European Union please send an email to customercare@f-all.it and ask for a custom quote, specifying the exact address to which the order should be delivered.

ARE YOUR PRODUCTS ITALIAN?

F-ALL is an Italian brand. All our items are made in Italy.

HOW MANY DAYS DO I HAVE TO RETURN THE GARMENT IF IT IS FAULTY?

The Customer has the right to terminate the contract, without giving a reason, within 7 (seven) days. This cancellation period expires after 7 (seven) days, after which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the consumer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

It is understood that the product must be intact in its entirety and unused.

It is however possible to exchange a product in cases determined by the company on a case-by-case basis.
